My client is seeking a Travel After Sales professional to join their growing team in Central London. The new member of staff with have a track record of excellent service levels, 2 years in a sales/reservations environment, . RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use correct telephone and email techniques when dealing with both internal and external customers and maintain the highest standard of courtesy, ability to truly engage with our guests, whilst achieving the Customer Service Standards and Leading Quality Assurance Standards (LQAs).
- Being the main point of contact after the booking has been made, dealing with changes, documentation and chasing client payments.
- Obtain detailed knowledge of all current products; details on rates, availability and seasons will be key
- Act as a problem solver, both for clients and suppliers
- Supporting the global reservations offices.
Requirements
- At least two year’s work experience in a sales/ reservations office environment.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Record of dealing with clients through multiple channels: face to face, telephone, email
- Committed to providing the highest service standards
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Effective time management skills
- Ideally have some experience in the Travel/ hospitality sector.
