The National Hub is a place for individuals to thrive, embrace digital and deliver support to advisers and to our clients. The Adviser Support Centre is made up of individuals covering a wide range of experience across a wide range of case types. Although we are a remote team, the team works as one unit and is very supportive. Success is measured by achieving a great case quality and completed in a timely manner.

Because of the diversity of the work we do, no two days are ever the same & our paraplanners are the pivotal contact between the Advisers, Providers and Business Assurance.

About the Role

Level: 3

Department: Adviser Support - Distribution

Location: England - fully remote (35 hours per week, Monday until Friday 9-5pm)

Contract type: Permanent

As a Paraplanner in the Adviser Support Centre, you will work closely with advisers from within QFP and support adviser campaigns across the national.

You will build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with other Paraplanners, Financial Planners and Business Assurance Accessors to create comprehensive suitability reports that exceeds the minimum standard of quality that QFP expect to see.

Using research tools to analyse data, you will provide solutions to meet client's needs and objectives and evidencing reports to support research undertaken. This will also include, liaising with providers to obtain information and managing central data systems and trackers - always embracing digital ways of working and enhancing efficiencies.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with the wider QFA team to ensure contributions to the Quilter strategic priorities.

To succeed in this post, you will have extensive organisational and planning skills, whilst also being able to pay attention to detail, especially when doing writing tasks.

Multi-tasking comes as second nature to you and enables you to meet tight deadlines, whilst still having a positive attitude to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will have experience within the financial planning industry to support your understanding of the processes we follow and the products we recommend, with a minimum requirement of Level 4 Diploma qualified. With your experience as a Paraplanner you are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Microsoft outlook.
