About the Role

Department: Adviser Support - Distribution

Location: England, fully remote (35 hours per week, Monday until Friday 9-5pm)

The Adviser Support Centre is seeking a Paraplanning Team Leader.

In this role, you'll need a deep understanding of the financial advice process. Your duties include supporting both experienced paraplanners and those still learning their way in the industry, building strong relationships with business assurance, the head of campaigns, and advisers to meet our national objectives effectively.

As the Paraplanning Team Leader, you'll serve as the main point of contact for team members, requiring excellent communication skills and proactive management for smooth operations. Leading by example, you'll encourage personal development accountability among the team of 6 paraplanners and 2 support officers, emphasising service excellence and client focus. - always keeping the best possible outcome for our clients as the focus.

Your role involves equipping the team with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality reports with thorough analysis, empowering advisers to make informed recommendations. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the head of campaigns on strategic priorities for the Quilter Group.
