Nigel James Associates are partnered with a growing financial planning company to assist them recruit an experienced Financial Planning Team Leader in their London office. This will be a dual role where alongside managing the team you will also manage a client portfolio of your own providing expert advice. You will drive new business networking with internal and external stakeholders as well as external contacts within the industry. You will consistently lead and mentor your team to reach its full potential. This position calls for an individual who is commercially driven, and will thrive within a dynamic, forward-thinking culture.


Requirement

You will be an accomplished Financial Adviser and enjoy the networking and business development aspect of the role alongside delivering quality advice to HNW clients. You will be professional yet affable and enjoy working with alongside colleagues in a collaborative manner. Our client is open to considering Senior Financial Planners who are wanting to take the next step in their career to mentor, supervise and develop a team. Alternatively, if you already have experience of leading a team and are looking for a new challenge they would be delighted to consider you.

Ideally, you will hold Chartered qualifications and have the technical ability to deal with complex client needs.
