What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide generalist HR support across the business, from employee relations to recruitment and development.
  • Be a visible presence on the shop floor, engaging with staff and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the management team with HR advice, policy implementation, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Assist in delivering key HR initiatives aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.


What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Generalist role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above qualified.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with plenty of on-the-ground engagement.
