1、负责与金融机构、外资投资机构、风险投资机构联系，寻找融资资本，全面规划融资项目；

2、负责融资渠道的发掘、维护，投资项目的前期规划，及时维护投融资渠道，合理利用投融资资源；

3、参与和各类金融机构的沟通和谈判，测算融资成本，为拓宽融资条件、降低融资成本提供解决方案和技术支持；

4、负责引入外部资金，设计合作模式，对企业发展进行投融资支持。


任职要求：

1、金融、经济、相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、有地产、金融相关行业融资经验；熟悉金融市场、资本市场、证券市场知识及相关法规政策，熟悉地产融资流程，有良好的融资分析能力和判断能力；

3、熟悉多种融资手段，具有成功引资的案例和经验，有丰富的融资渠道和人脉资源；

4、具备良好的英语听说读写和社交能力，综合素质高。
