We are working in partnership with a major brand in the legal industry who are a global law firm who specialise in financial law

The applications analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of assigned business systems.


Responsibilities

  • Acts as subject-matter expert for the Finance, DMS and in-house built application eco-systems.
  • Maintaining the integrity and availability of all assigned systems.
  • Ensures that assigned systems are documented and monitored and works with the Infrastructure team to manage capacity.
  • Ensure current policies and procedures on information security and confidentiality.
  • Maintains intimate knowledge of the business, operations, data flows and systems


Experience:


  • Experience with Azure Service Recovery (ASR) is required.
  • Knowledge of iManage / Filesite experience and Sharepoint is required
  • Experience with the Intapp Time Desktop and Mobile applications would be highly beneficial
  • The ability to understand ViewPoint document coding and configuration would be advantageous.
  • Understanding and experience of administering iManage
  • Understanding and experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM / ERP solutions and SharePoint 2019 / SharePoint Online in a multi-site environment.
  • Applicants must have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in IT service delivery and support, and ideally have experience in a legal IT.
