As one of our Business Systems Support Analysts, you will be responsible for:-


  • Developing and maintaining a sound working knowledge of business systems and processes
  • Working with systems vendors and systems analyst colleagues to support end user base with application issues (oWMS, CBASE, SAP, Kronos, ADP)
  • Administering processes, e.g. access control, change management
  • Participating in testing new software releases
  • Assisting with master data management
  • Working with the Business Systems team on the projects to rollout new systems


If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK


  • Previous experience supporting business systems
  • Experience with/knowledge of ERP, HR, Finance or Supply Chain applications
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential - Materials Management or Billing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of complex information and requirements.
  • Confidence in decision-making
  • Good communication skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
  • Multiple sites or International experience an advantage
