As our new Bartender you will:

  • provide a highly efficient and effective service to our guests;
  • educate guests on drinks in a charming and understandable manner; and
  • ensure a profitable and cost-effective operation.

What we are looking for in our next Bartender:

  • have previous experience of working as a Bartender in ahigh end cocktail bar
  • have an excellent knowledge of spirits and the ability to mix a wide range of cocktails
  • have a proactive approach with remarkable attention to detail
  • be an excellent team player with outstanding communication skills
  • be open and approachable

  • be immaculately presented
  • be intuitive and discreet

Who we are:

The Chiltern Firehouse is an André Balazs Property, a 5 star luxury, boutique hotel and Restaurant in Marylebone. We are part of the intimate collection of Andrés distinctly bespoke hotels that include the iconic Chateau Marmont and the seasonal Sunset Beach in New York. Constructed in 1889, Chiltern Firehouse was one of Londons first purpose-built fire-stations, regarded as one of the finest surviving examples of Gothicarchitectural style, and has been elegantly restored to offer 26 bedrooms and suites.

Chiltern Firehouse celebrates contemporary, ingredient-focused cooking, with an underlying American accent, placing emphasis on seasonality, locality and healthy eating.
