At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Bartender to join us in Fitzs Russell Sq.

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitzs Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitzs Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitzs Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking dean and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Here local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays

As a Bartender, we will support you to:

  • Be yourself - bringing the real you to work, with your unique personality we want you to be who you are
  • Lead yourself we trust you to make decisions and exert your creativity in order to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections, we trust you to do right
  • Make it count you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender is essential.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A flexible approach to shifts, but it is important remember you may be finishing after midnight almost every day.
