We are seeking a Building Manager to oversee the management and delivery of TFM services in a corporate client building.


Job Description

The Building Manager will be responsible for the performance and execution of services, ensuring adherence to the agreed delivery standards for cleaning, workplace/front of house, engineering, waste management, day-to-day catering support, and other building services.


Key responsibilities include resolving issues promptly and delivering a service that exceeds the expectations of both clients and internal stakeholders.


This role is critical in maintaining a high standard of service delivery and ensuring a seamless, efficient, and satisfactory experience for all building occupants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver & maintain a very high-level degree of H&S standards for area of responsibility
  • Manage the maintenance, repair and renewal of the fabric & M&E assets of client
  • Internal and external stakeholder relationship management
  • Ensure the service delivery meets client expectation levels through documented SLAs for PPM, remedial tasks, overdue jobs, job category analysis, regional reporting, SOPs/EOPs, etc
  • Supports the customer OpEx and CapEx budgets to ensure compliance with contract requirements and approving works within set delegated authority
  • Ensure financial responsibility for required service streams, including controlling and managing budgets
  • Line Management responsibility for individuals delivering services within the corporate buildings
  • Ensure all clients receive consistent, first-class delivery of service, including supporting and directing the Workplace Team, Cleaners, Engineering, Catering, etc.. For the building
  • Responsible for auditing the quality of all services provided within your area of responsibility and tracking remedial actions to completion
