Job Overview:

The Business Analyst will play a vital role to craft and execute plans for successful acquisition integration and major technology solution deployments in support of the divisions Digital and IT strategic vision and roadmap. This position works directly with Business dept. leaders, cross-functional users and Internal/Vendor functional & technical teams on the planning, Implementing, and supporting IT Business Applications solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify areas for improvement.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional/technical requirements, to deliver information technology solutions

• Researching and analyzing user’s business requirements, technical specifications, writing test plans in support of business functions, process knowledge and system requirements.

• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze complex datasets, perform data mapping, and develop meaningful insights to support decision-making processes. Create and deliver comprehensive reports, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

• Change management: Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and successful implementation of new processes and systems.

• Project coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope

Skills:

• 4-year University / College Degree and significant technical / business certifications

• Five or more years’ experience in Information Technology

  • • Solid knowledge of business and ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment. Prior experience with SAP or Infor Visual ERP a plus
