Your day to day

As a Housekeeping Porter your role is to provide operational support to the Rooms Division team in an energetic, timely and precise manner. You will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team with a range of duties including the delivery and distribution of bed linen/towel delivery and other products throughout the hotel. Youll also assist with the general cleaning of guest areas ensuring that they are clean, free of refuse, well maintained and staged appropriately. Youll also be responsible for the upkeep and general presentation of guest corridors, linen cupboards and back of house service areas.

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanour, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.

Youll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home all whilst delivering on our passion to Make Guests Smile.
