We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our dynamic team at One Hundred Shoreditch, a premier hotel in East London. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms
- Manage linen deliveries and ensure that all areas are well-stocked
- Respond to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
