A large-scale, well-funded international single family office of prominent tech entrepreneurs is seeking an Executive Director for School Wellbeing Charity.


The chosen candidate will lead the Wellbeing in Schools project, a large philanthropic initiative across London. Their responsibilities will include building and maintaining key relationships, overseeing program delivery, and ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of the initiative. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, background in charity as well as passion for promoting health and wellness in educational settings.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Build relationships with schools across London and foster enthusiasm for the project
  • Organize and deliver mindfulness sessions for children and teachers
  • Arrange nutrition and/or general parenting workshops for parents and children
  • Organize yoga sessions for teachers
  • Monitor and evaluate the charity's activities
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the safe and effective operation of the organization


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in educational or non-profit settings
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with schools, community organizations, or similar stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to inspire and engage educators, students, and parents
