Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Service Specialist

Salary: Circa £60,000 Depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create, implement and maintain a skills & training academy across the EIT Cyber teams that will be used in conjunction with the company twice yearly PDRs and personal development reviews
  • Define and maintain tailored training profiles, by role, for the EIT Cyber teams which will assist employees to function effectively in their current and future positions
  • Define the skills evaluation framework development, implementation and alignment to training solutions in order to improve the knowledge & skills of employees to match the various changes in the industry
  • Manage allocation and distribution of licenses for Cyber skills development training platforms in accordance with business priorities as agreed with EIT Cyber team leads

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Prior background working in a cyber security function
  • Knowledge of analytical thinking with the ability to analyse and interpret data sets and articulate observations, conclusions and recommendations
  • Experience in risk management and the application of risk management methodologies
  • Service delivery management
  • Ability to analyse & interpret data that can then be presented as required in a variety of forms to different levels of stakeholders

The Cyber Security Service Team:

The team works alongside cyber security technical and assurance specialists to facilitate the delivery of an outcome focused and repeatable cyber service. This includes managing external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and delivery of services. A principle of continual service improvement is used to mature and enhance the cyber security capabilities through process improvement and performance management, extending also to embedding service principles into the design and implementation of new cyber security capabilities.
