About The Role

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Lead in a super exciting start-up. You will be responsible for developing creative marketing strategies, enhancing our offering, and driving subscriber growth and retention initiatives. Being a small team, you'd be working directly with the Founders and have the opportunity to get hands on with all aspects of the business.


What You'll Do

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Drive subscriber growth and retention
  • Manage paid marketing channels
  • Form and grow key marketing partnerships
  • Refine and improve our offering
  • Drink beer (optional)


About You

  • A motivated go-getter, who is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
  • Keen to take ownership and grow an exciting young business
  • Data driven and the ability to learn fast
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience in the beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Loves beer
