Job Title: Sales Manager (Breast Implants).


This role involves proactive sales within the cosmetic and reconstructive industry. As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships in both the NHS and private medical sectors throughout London.


Responsibilities:


  • Create sales and business opportunities with Surgeons throughout London.
  • Cultivate relationships with key KOLs, ensuring their endorsement and active engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering continuous support and delivering training.
  • Manage your territory efficiently with strong organization and prioritization for maximum productivity.
  • Identify the needs of key accounts and ensure optimal service levels.
  • Enhance brand visibility and expand networking opportunities.


Candidate Profile:


  • Highly motivated individual with a high energy level.
  • Experience in surgical sales, with experience in observing surgical procedures OR have worked for a cosmetic surgery group.
  • Able to manage their own schedule and plan accordingly.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results, driving revenue, and profitability.
  • Growth mindset, capable of managing present demands while planning for future expansion.
  • Full UK driving license.


Package:


Base salary: £45,000 + commission from day one.
