Job Description:

This full-time PAYE contract position offers a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite in the Central London Angel offices

This role is paid on a PAYE basis and you'll be entitled to 28 days paid holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, per annum, pro rata.



The Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in travel, is looking for a Marketing Manager specifically connected to mass-advertising campaign development/production (i.e. TV ad campaigns) or high-profile digital video content (i.e. YouTube content series) development/production.


It’s essential for the chosen candidate to have experience in, and understanding of, the process of developing and delivering a film-based campaign from brief to concept development, to production and distribution, as well as partnering with creative, planners, producers and strategists.


If the above requirements matches your skills and experience, and you've also worked with global companies, ideally in the tech space, for design-forward brands, or advertising/creative agencies for large campaigns and brands, we want to hear from you


Please note: This particular role won’t unfortunately be suitable for someone who is focused on B2B, SEO, sales marketing and brand marketing strategy with no direct experience in ad campaign/ad film content development/product.


Day to day responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

  • Manage brand work streams with support from Creative Partners
  • Drive communications for ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately carried out
  • Partner with Business Marketing, Brand Integrations Director and internal collaborators to act as a key point of contact and integration with the creative communications group
  • Provide leadership to brand integrations leads, team of CD’s, Producers and Strategists to plan, lead and implement marketing communications efforts
  • Partner with International teams on campaign execution
  • Lead key workstreams across the creative process from inception to completion
  • Partner with Creative Team on creative review process
  • Ensure brief and creative review objectives are delivered
  • Support budget management at an annual and quarterly basis in partnership with production


About You:

To apply for this role, you must have experience in almost all of the following:


  • Experience in campaign or account management on the creative agency side
  • Experience in creating and planning social media content development
  • An integrator, someone who can lead and motivate teams around a key idea
  • Possess strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details
  • Someone with excellent visual story-telling and speaking skills who can communicate effectively, concisely, and tailor a message appropriately
  • Adept at using data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritisation
  • Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
  • Well organised and detail oriented
  • Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
