The Sales Manager Candidate

Are you a results-focused leader with a passion for sales and team coaching? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in our Fuel Maintenance Services Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire a team of Sales Representatives. You’ll be responsible for coaching them on effective sales strategies and fostering a culture of achievement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Services Sales team, implementing effective sales strategies and promoting a culture of success.
  • Motivate and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve high performance.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management, with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Recruit, train, and coach new team members to advance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Oversee the CRM system to track sales metrics, manage performance, and optimise sales processes.
  • Manage individual, team, and divisional sales targets.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, direct sales, or sales management (experienced senior sales reps aiming for progression are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proven ability to meet targets and inspire team performance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage team productivity, budgets, and workload effectively.
  • Positive, resilient, and motivating leader who can build strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.
