What You’ll Do

As an Application Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide top-tier support to end-users for a variety of software applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and resolve system bugs.
  • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new users, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with our applications.


What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement fixes quickly and effectively.
  • Experience: Previous experience in application support or a related field is preferred.
