OUR PRODUCTS:

The engineering team you’ll be joining are responsible for four main products:

  • Our Salesforce application which allow recruiters to plan & track their day-to-day job
  • Our backend infrastructure to allow the exchange of data between Salesforce and our third-party providers
  • Our Desktop & Mobile applications which allow recruiters to call and message their candidates and clients.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop customized solutions using Apex, LWC (JavaScript and CSS), and other technologies to meet business requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve issues identified by end users or during testing.
  • Participate actively in all Team's ceremonies, review design and technical solutions, and conduct code reviews
  • Seek opportunities to leverage Salesforce to enhance processes and productivity, and recommend strategies to support rapid organizational growth.


OUR TECH STACK:

  • Apex programming language (classes, triggers, scheduled jobs, etc…)
  • LWC for our fully custom UI/UX that we have developed
  • Custom Settings & Custom Metadata Types
  • HTTP REST Callout & Apex Queueable

ABOUT YOU:

We're on the hunt for a proactive Salesforce developer who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty of code, data-model architecture, and scalability. Your skills and experience


  • You must have strong experience (3-5 years) with Apex & LWC.
  • You should have experience with Salesforce Platform, Object modelling, and building scalable lightning applications.
  • Ideally, you would have experience with SFDX, SFDC Tooling API, and, SFDC Bulk API
  • As a bonus, you will also have experience with Experience Cloud, another programming language (NodeJS preferable), and authorisation/authentication systems (OAuth 2, OIDC, etc…)..
