Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Case Manager at our office in Cheadle Hulme. As a Mortgage Case Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing mortgage applications from decision in principle to mortgage offer, liaising with clients, lenders and solicitors, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work closely with our advisers and lenders to provide exceptional service and support throughout the mortgage process.


Qualifications

  • Experience in mortgage administration and case management.
  • Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and reviewing mortgage applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using mortgage industry software and tools
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in mortgage or finance-related fields (e.g., CeMAP preferred)


Package

  • Salary Range £25k-£33k depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus scheme for case managers up to 20% of salary.
  • 25 days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • 5% employer pension contribution
