£325/day - £425/day (Umbrella)
Belfast/Remote (3 days onsite)

I'm working with a leading financial services organisation which is looking for a Project Manager to join the organisation's Business Change team, the team responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of change processes centred on the organisation's operations & technology reporting suite. This includes reviewing the requirements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with a particular focus on policy and standards as they apply to the Change Controls.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project team activities alongside the Change Lead and implement schedules to meet completion deadlines
  • Monitor and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating to senior management as required
  • Oversee project plans and track progress and changes
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirement changes and determining impact on time and risk
  • Review project escalations and ensure appropriate management oversight


Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous project management experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • PMP certification strongly preferred; Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage individual deadlines and goals
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and creation
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence (or similar project tools)
  • Self-starting team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize
