The role is based in Hampshire and is hybrid working.
This position is a fixed term contract of 6 months, with the potential to extend. You should be available to start at short notice.
Responsibilities:
Help with a variety of bids and proposals, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
Work with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure information in proposals accurately reflects the clients' needs and that technical information is correct and approved.
Work with the wider team to review best practice standards and aim for continual improvement.
Give input in to which bids should be pursued based on company capabilities and track record.
Be very hands on with the writing of key proposal and tender documents.
Candidates should have the following:
Previous experience in a bids / proposals / tenders role where you have been very hands on with the written aspects.
Experience can be from any B2B sector, but technical sectors and/or professional services environments would be a plus.
In addition to the above requirements, previous experience of using AI tools (e.g. Copilot) for bid and proposal writing would be advantageous.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and getting ahead of deadlines where possible. The ability to work at pace when required is key.
