TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT ROLE
£15.00 per hour based on experience
Monday to Friday 8am / 8.30am start to 2pm / 3pm (25/30 hours)

The Job:
As Part-time Office Coordinator you will be responsible for the maintenance of the office and the facilities and services;
Key responsibilities:
Ordering and monitoring office supplies and processing the relevant invoices
Managing files and storage of such records in line with record retention policy and ensure safe destruction at appropriate point
Preparation and co-ordination of office announcements and other communications (including preparation and PowerPoint slides)
Help co-ordinate visitor arrivals with travel and office arrangements
Planning and organising company and team events
Sole responsibility for the reception desk/area including fielding calls, opening and franking post, arranging UPS deliveries, welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries.
Able to support any office improvement, desk utilisation or planning initiatives
Housekeeping duties, re-stock kitchen, coffee machines, dishwasher etc
Manage the diary and coordinate meetings with regards to fire marshal and first aid training
Coordinate social calendars, organise staff events
Facility management and vendor relations
