This is an opportunity to work on a platform with a real, positive social impact.


Using tools like Lectora and Vyond (or similar), you'll design online learning modules and other resources in collaboration with a range of stakeholders in a co-design focused approach. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that their learning is relevant, engaging and useful to their users.


You'll work with 4 other Learning Designers whilst reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager.


Looking for someone with experience with...


  • Previous experience as a Learning Designer (at least 2 years).
  • Ability to translate from values, Competency Frameworks and key messages to engaging and meaningful learning experiences that puts the learner first.
  • Good technical and digital skills – xAPI, SCORM, Widgets and other such terms do not scare you, and you are happy to learn about and engage with the technical aspect of Learning Systems and IT integrations.
  • Willingness to work as part of an Agile team.
  • Knowledge and/or skills in Inclusive Design and Accessibility.
  • Experience in the design and development of digital and blended learning experiences that meet the needs of a diverse and geographically scattered population of people.
  • Understanding and experience of assessing learning needs and designing appropriate learning solutions that can be delivered through e-learning, self-directed learning or by local trainers and facilitators.
