The role

Responsible for project delivery across high volume and complex projects including but not limited to print, digital, key visuals, video and creative conceptual work.


Responsibilities

Deliver and manage projects day-to-day, act as an escalation point for clients on any project escalations and issues.


Project Management

  • Understand the full end-to-end campaign process and the client brand
  • To challenge the brief and ensure we are using the best channel to market
  • Day to day responsibility for managing projects
  • Interpreting and consolidation of client briefs and sending back a response to brief
  • Preparing project cost estimates
  • Setting and managing project timelines with MS Projects
  • Briefing projects into the studio, onsite and offshore
  • Ensuring all output meets client requirements, has been through QC and is approved before release to the client
  • Liaise with internal Tag teams to deliver projects
  • Handling issue escalation and resolution for internal and external stakeholders
  • Awareness of client business and Tag capabilities, to drive new project opportunities to Client Services team


Financial Management

  • Billing management, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely
  • Ensuring Purchase Orders are received before commencing work as per best practice
  • Working with the Senior Project manager and Account Director on client profitability


Technology

  • Be an advocate of DI (and client tools/system if applicable) and manage all elements of the client processes as agreed.
  • To keep the systems updated with specifications, status and costs as required.


Skills and Experience required

  • Project management skills across a range of media types including but not limited to print, digital, key visuals and video
  • Knowledge of the E2E print process for large POS instore materials like leaflets, shelf talkers, portals, FSDUs, Pallets, Windows materials
  • Technical knowledge of cardboard print processes
  • Technical knowledge of how the Adobe Suite work, preferred background as an industrial, graphic designer even if it’s a limited knowledge
  • Creative production knowledge across a variety of media types including but not limited to print, digital and video
  • Able to manage creative and/or complex projects
  • Process driven and ability to adhere to defined workflows
  • A friendly, positive team player
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Pro active
  • Strong client facing and presentation skills
  • Committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail

  • Ensure all projects are completed to a very high standard of quality - right first time
  • Ensure all projects are completed within deadline to deliver to client on time
  • Ensuring client service level agreements are met (i.e. response times, turnaround times)
