What will I be doing?

Help to create outstanding product docs, API docs, Help Centre articles, and release notes.

What do I need?


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. (Minimum 1 year in a similar role)
  • Knowledge of technical writing principles and approaches.
  • Excellent research and analysis skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex technical information and present it clearly and succinctly.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Good eye for detail and dedication to doing the right thing the right way.
  • Strong ability to apply out-of-the-box thinking to projects to improve the efficiency and quality of subsequent deliverables.
