Reporting in the Operations Director you will manage everything related to e-commerce customers and own stores, ensuring on shelf availability of stock, and orders are processed and delivered on time. You will be the driving force between internal sales as well as customers and fulfilment partners, ensuring that the operation scales with the growth and balances efficiency with exceptional customer service.


  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal counterparts including chairing regular meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a digital supply chain scorecard and drive improvements to KPIs through collaborative projects.
  • Regularly review real-time demand against forecast and inventory to flag any immediate stockholding risks
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships to enable joint business planning for all new store openings, events and new product launches.
  • Work with suppliers to oversee delivery of component parts, products and packaging
  • Keep project reporting up to date, to track progress, shortfalls etc.
  • Drive the implementation of strategies, measuring results to align with company business goals and objectives.


Experience:

  • Experience in relevant Supply Chain Management experience (demand planning, logistics) in multinational, preferably with in cosmetic/lifestyle industry
  • Strong vision and a strategic mindset, with a hands-on approach in line with the UK team needs, should be able to independently extract data from the systems and analyze them
  • Proactive in finding solutions when facing logistics issues / challenges.
  • High level of expertise on Excel
