Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join Financial Planning firm in Cardiff.

Are you a Financial Planning Admin, looking for their next steps in the industry?

Do you want to work for a firm that care about your career and development?

I’m working with a fantastic Financial Planning firm who have the best of both worlds with both a family feel, but the support of a larger network. They have clients across South Wales and offer a variety of Financial Planning, from Investments, to retirement planning to business protection. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to bring on an Administrator, to support their already successful back office team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Onboarding new clients and support in servicing existing clients
  • Sending out letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Working closely with the other administrators, paraplanners and advisers
  • General administration duties such as email management


Benefits:

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working in the Financial Planning industry
  • Experience working in the above duties
  • Ideally experience using Curo back office system
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
