Job Title: IFA Administrator

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

About the Company:

Capio Recruitment Financial Planning is a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Cardiff. We provide specialist advice on Investments, Pensions, mortgages, and protection, helping clients to manage their finances and making the process easy for everyone.

We are looking for an IFA administrator to join our friendly team and provide seamless back office support to our professional team of advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing for client meetings and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
  • Answering client and adviser queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Sending Letters of Authority and processing new business submissions
  • Submitting online applications and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an IFA Administration role
  • Professional and positive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry relevant qualifications are desirable
