We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to join a highly regarded law firm. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in optimising team operations, balancing business needs with individual growth, and contributing to a culture of excellence and inclusivity, something this firm a widely known for.

As a Resource Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that talent is deployed effectively to meet client needs and organisational objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and team members to oversee resource allocation, enhance productivity, and support individual development across diverse teams. This is an opportunity to bring innovative solutions, influence stakeholders, and drive positive change within a high-performing environment.

You’ll take ownership of:

- Allocating resources across teams, ensuring workloads are balanced and aligned with both business priorities and individual aspirations.

- Encouraging diversity and inclusion through fair and consistent resource planning, helping to foster a culture of equity and belonging.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in resource management or work allocation within a complex professional services environment. A background in legal, financial, or consulting sectors is beneficial but not essential. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure.

You’ll bring:

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to handle competing demands.

- A commercially focused mindset with excellent risk management and decision-making abilities.

- Strong IT skills, particularly with data analysis tools, and ideally, experience with resource management software.

- A collaborative, solutions-driven approach that inspires trust and confidence at all levels.

- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

This is a chance to join a firm that values innovation, flexibility, and personal growth. You’ll work within a supportive, hybrid working environment that allows you to thrive professionally while balancing commitments outside of work.

We'd love to hear from you if you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in a role that challenges and rewards you.
