Looking to run your own pub - The Lamb - Great Rissington, Cheltenham

Location: The Lamb, Great Rissington, Cotswolds, Gloucestershire GL54 2LP

Profile: Approximately wet 25%, food 37% and letting rooms 38%

Style: The Lamb is a great all round business with local drinking and dining trade which is boosted by the excellent tourist trade which gives the thirteen letting bedrooms a high occupancy and provides additional F&B income.

Trade facilities: The Lamb has a public bar area for circa 30 persons with a rear restaurant for 50 covers. There are 13 en-suite letting bedrooms, of which 9 are located in the main building. Kitchen & beer cellar. Car park to the side plus extensive beer garden/drinking area to front, side and rear.

Private facilities: There is currently no tenants’ accommodation.

The minimum capital required is £45,300 and the value of the fixtures & fittings is TBC.
