Skill/Experience Requirements:


  • 2+ years of SEO experience required
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console and SEO Tools such as SEM Rush
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results
  • Strong understanding of all search engines including Google and Bing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to plan and implement SEO strategies
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Event tracking experience preferred


Responsibilities will include:


  • Managing SEO campaigns from planning to implementation
  • Create and implement effective online organic search strategies
  • A crucial involvement in keyword research, analysing and reporting
  • Content Writing - producing regular pieces of content for clients across a wide range of sectors
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO / SEM trends
  • Conversion rate optimisation
  • Attending client meetings and being a key point of contact
  • Creating innovative ways to communicate client messages
  • Researching latest trends and marketing technology
  • Creating reports that demonstrate marketing goals, growth and ROI

Person Requirements:


We’re looking for someone who’s organised, can work within time constraints and someone who’s able to both work with others and on their own. We need someone with a good eye for detail, with strong initiative, who’s able to self critique and produce high quality work. We’re ideally looking for someone who can take the role, add their own stamp on it and become a senior member of the team.


Also, a car will be required for transport to and from our Melton office and client meetings.
