Position Overview: For a successful Molecular Diagnostics company, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join their sales team in Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for the most advanced molecular diagnostics products( instruments & consumables). You will work closely with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell the innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, building strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and increase product awareness.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to customers, ensuring optimal use of products.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences ideally Molecular Biology.
  • Previous sales experience in the Diagnostics industry.
  • Strong understanding of Molecular Diagnostics and laboratory workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
