Job Title: Senior Individual Giving Officer

Salary: £34,500

Charity cause: Health related

Location: London

Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office


You’ll lead on the delivery of direct marketing campaigns across digital, mail, and telephone channels. You’ll have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life while ensuring every campaign meets its targets. From concept to execution, you’ll be responsible for optimising strategies using data insights and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.


  • Manage and evaluate direct marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to implement data-driven strategies
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with fundraising agencies and suppliers
  • Use tools like Donorfy and Power BI to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Support the Individual Giving & Insight Manager in driving innovation and growth within the Individual Giving programme
