We’re seeking a highly motivated Media Sales specialist and result-orientated individual to join our client who provides comprehensive Digital Marketing and Advertising solutions. In this role, you will be representing our client’s product and service portfolio by conducting B2B sales through field-based activities in and surrounding areas.

This Media Sales opportunity offers a base salary of £30,000 pa (D.O.E), an uncapped commission scheme (with OTB of c£10,000) and career development opportunities. You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team, achieving business objectives and growing the sales pipeline to contribute to the team's success.

It is an essential requirement for this position that you have your own car and a valid driving licence. No evening or weekend work is required.


In the role of a Media Sales expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a strong pipeline of multimedia revenue, including new and existing business, within your territory.
  • Arranging appointments and meeting with clients/prospects to gain their business.
  • Building relationships through creative approaches and comprehensive pre-call analysis.
  • Identifying customer needs, creating urgency, and ensuring accounts become digitally-led customers.
  • Establishing our client as a trusted solution provider by delivering compelling verbal, visual, and written communication.
  • Closing sales by addressing objections and securing customer business over a series of 8+ weeks.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by discussing response metrics and utilising reporting tools.
  • Adhering to corporate policies and procedures.

  • Expertise in lead generation and relationship building.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in delivering direct sales presentations.
  • Your own car and a valid full driving license.

As a Media Sales specialist, you will continuously develop a strong pipeline of new business throughout South Wales and the surrounding areas to meet business objectives and targets. From booking appointments to delivering multimedia-led solutions, you will adopt a customer-first approach, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, establishing our client as a trusted partner in becoming digitally visible.
