We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Facebook Ads Manager to lead our digital advertising strategy on Meta's platforms, including Instagram and the Audience Network. This role will be pivotal in driving user engagement, lead generation, and sales through targeted ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive ad campaigns across Meta's platforms. This includes setting campaign objectives, defining target audiences, and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
Ad Creation: Oversee the creation of ad content, including banner ads, carousel ads, video ads, and storytelling ads. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives resonate with target demographics.
Quality Control: Review and approve all creative output, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high standards of creativity and effectiveness.
Performance Analysis: Utilise tools like Meta's Ads Manager to analyse campaign performance, adjust bids, refine targeting, and optimize ad placements based on real-time data. Provide detailed reports on campaign success metrics.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across different campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximising campaign reach and engagement.
Audience Development: Deep dive into audience insights to refine targeting strategies. Utilise custom and lookalike audiences to expand reach while maintaining relevance.
Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration of campaigns with other marketing channels and platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative and account management team members to align advertising efforts with broader business strategies. Collaborate on landing pages, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising, updates in Meta's advertising policies, and emerging best practices. Implement A/B testing to continuously refine campaign strategies.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations. Translate complex data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Social Media Manager, with a strong focus on managing Facebook Ads or similar digital ad platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and relevant analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Creative flair for developing engaging ad content or the ability to direct creative teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and client interactions.
- A proactive approach towards learning new tools, strategies, and market trends in digital advertising.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferable.
