**About The Team:**

In this role, you are responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of daily technical processes and for raising and escalating food safety and quality issues to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company processes. Furthermore, you will provide support to the FSAQ team with food safety and quality projects.

**What You Will Be Doing:**
● Coordinate technical tasks for smooth daily operations and act as a central technical contact for support and queries
● Escalate quality and safety issues per ICS, ensuring stakeholder communication
● Lead or assist in projects ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
● Support team training to maintain adherence to standards
● Perform routine checks (temperature, scale calibration) and keep accurate records on production and safety data, analyzing for improvement opportunities
● Drive continuous improvement processes
● Ensure sustained compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards; report incidents and concerns
● Conduct problem-solving, escalating complex issues, and performing audits to uphold standards (e.g., BRCGS, ISO)
● Participate in ad hoc projects and undertake other role-related duties as needed

**Who You Are:**
● Proven experience in a technical coordination role within the food industry
● Strong knowledge of food production processes
● Familiarity with food safety and quality standards
● Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Software
● HACCP level 2 preferred
● Foods Safety level 2 preferred
● Proficiency in using G-Suite Software preferred

**Working Schedule:** Probably Sun-Wed 6pm-6am (night shift) Wed-Sat 6pm-6am (night shift)
