Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our brand. The successful candidate will have a passion for beauty, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth through social media channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create compelling and visually stunning content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand communications.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and produce engaging content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
