The role & benefits


We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing account team. You’ll be the lead communicator on our larger client accounts, working across a mix of campaigns from experiential and events to online and influencer-led activity. As a SAM you’ll be involved from initial proposal creation through to implementation and work closely with the Account Director to grow existing accounts and win new business, taking the lead on new proposals and playing a pivotal role in agency growth.

You'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years working within the industry
  • An excellent track record of account management and experience line-managing more junior members of the team
  • Confidence in presenting and the ability to clearly articulate ideas to clients
  • Experience in working on new business prepositions and a good track record of winning accounts
  • To be a team player and someone who wants to grow and develop their skills
  • The ability to plan, execute and deliver well-thought-out experiential events
  • A positive and passionate approach that motivates the team around you


Key responsibilities:

  • Main point of client contact across variety accounts
  • Earning trust and respect of the client
  • Manage campaigns from initial proposals through to implementation
  • Managing campaign budgets with efficiency
  • Managing more junior members of the accounts team including Account Managers and Senior Account Executives
  • Compiling post campaign reports and debriefs with a view to growing accounts
  • Leading on client comms and hosting weekly calls
  • Mentoring and identifying opportunities for development in more junior members of the team
  • Contributing to the creative process with new ideas
  • Providing insight to wider team through proactive research and knowledge of trends
  • Attending and leading at live events
  • Always demonstrating organisational skills with attention to detail
