As a CRM Workbooks Manager, your primary responsibility will be to take full ownership of the CRM platform across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM Workbooks Platform: Take full ownership of the CRM Workbooks platform, ensuring it is effectively utilized across Sales, Marketing, and Service departments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM tools.
- Automation and Workflow Implementation: Develop and implement automations and workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Training and Onboarding: Provide training and onboarding for CRM Workbooks users across the business, ensuring all teams are fully equipped to leverage the platform.
- Reporting and Analytics: Build and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights and track performance metrics.
Essential Skills:
- Proven CRM Workbooks Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing the CRM Workbooks platform.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- CRM Expertise: Familiarity with CRM tools across Sales, Marketing, and Support functions.
- Management Skills: Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams and projects.
