Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and enhance client relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities and manage key client accounts.

- Collaborate with partners and practice groups to develop targeted marketing and business development initiatives.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

- Organise and attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote the firm’s services.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a business development role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.

- Strong understanding of the legal market and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
