As Business Development Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with practice and industry leaders to develop and execute marketing and client development plans.
- Deepen knowledge about our clients, their business needs, and relevant firms capabilities to foster cross-selling.
- Manage business development infrastructure, ensuring high-quality marketing collateral and efficient processes.
- Lead RFPs, pitches, and other business development projects.
- Prepare submissions for practice rankings, awards, and league tables.
- Mentor junior team members and embody service excellence.
Requirements:
- A proven background in professional marketing or business development.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services organisation, familiarity with CRM databases, and knowledge of relevant practice areas/industries.
