The Role:


  • Procurement Leadership: Oversee the sourcing of meat proteins, ensuring that only the highest-quality products make their way to our customers.   • Collaboration and Supply Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain a steady supply of premium meat products. Your work will support the smooth operation of our business, ensuring the availability of goods across various markets.
  • Driving Profitability: Take ownership of the yield improvement strategy, enhancing profitability by optimizing processes and reducing waste—ensuring every cut counts towards the company’s financial success.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay connected with suppliers and maintain a pulse on market trends, ensuring the business remains competitive and forward-thinking, reflecting the innovation that Scotland’s industries are celebrated for.
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring: Oversee daily reporting on supplier delivery performance, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of procurement needs.

The Candidate:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with internal systems such as Nav.
