*About the role:*
The Early Years Manager will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support and direction, ensuring all the needs of the children in our care are met. The Manager will represent Camp Beaumont during Ofsted visits.
Working as part of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for delivering an 'outstanding' early years programme to the 3's and 4-year-olds in our care.
Our team are fully involved in planning and delivering a fantastic programme that falls in line with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.
*About you:*

* Over 17 years old
* Available to work during the school holidays
* Be a UK citizen with 2 x right to work ID's
* Knowledge and experience of working in the Early Years
* At least a Level 3 childcare qualification
* Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
* Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
* High level of safeguarding awareness
* Paediatric first aid, desirable as an opportunity to gain through our training

Camp Beaumont is growing and we would love you to come and join us on our exciting journey We run award-winning day camps for children between the ages of 3 and 14 across the South of England during the school holidays.
These camps operate on weekdays only between 8 am and 6 pm, meaning you will have the weekends off
