And now, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as an Account Manager, helping to develop a key function of the company


This role will be pivotal in helping to shape & grow the business, its processes and to realising our growth potential going forward.


You will be responsible for providing exceptional value to our clients, maintaining and developing strong relationships, becoming the voice of the Client in our agency and, importantly, understanding the commercial objectives of clients to support both them, and our agency in achieving their respective goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project management

Serve as the frontline point of contact for all account management matters, delegating or escalating questions & tasks as appropriate

Being responsible for the end-to-end management and successful completion of key projects within an account

Understanding the project vision and communicating it effectively to the team, outlining all deliverables and ensuring everyone understands what is expected of them

Regularly checking in with the ads and web team to review the overall direction of project, addressing any issues and ensuring it is running smoothly


2. Developing client relationships

Being a consistent presence from onboarding to BAU with Clients.

Building strong relationships with clients positioning yourself and the agency as trusted advisors

Collaborating with clients to set out project timelines and budgets

Holding regular calls and meetings with clients to drive the direction of projects, provide progress updates and gather feedback

Presenting agency work to clients and participating in quarterly strategy sessions with clients

Demonstrating in-depth understanding of the client's business, competitors, customers and industry

Conducting regular research into how the agency can provide further opportunities and value to its clients

Work closelywith the wider project team on renewals


3. Commercial acumen

Actively seeking, identifying & owning new opportunities with existing Clients for up-sells, cross-sells and referrals. Also, new ideas. Let them run free We’re always open to ideas and so are our Clients

Work with the senior leadership team to create quotes/estimates & timelines, as well as ensuring the timely invoicing of projects with finance.

Collaborating with the senior leadership team to deliver the forecast and agency's financial objectives.

Help the Marketing Team to shout about our amazing team’s work, including your own. Help us tell the story of what we can do for Clients


YOUR EXPERIENCE

Experience in a similar role within an agency

A proven track record of delivering client success

Experience in building successful client relationships and rapidly earning client trust

Experience & ability to grow Client accounts in terms of revenue and service lines via upselling & cross selling

A highly collaborative communication style and ability to work in different environments & cultures across a variety of stakeholders.

Project management proficiency

Exceptional attention to detail and/or experience performing output quality control

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Great time management and organisational skills

The ability to stay flexible and work well under pressure
