Overview of Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our golf and fitness memberships, group golf, and event/function revenue streams.
The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality sales, a thorough understanding of sales processes, and modern marketing techniques. This role demands a hands-on leader who can inspire and manage a team to achieve financial objectives and create memorable guest experiences.
- Lead and manage the sales department to ensure effective performance.
- Champion all sales activities, including prospecting, follow-up calls, and venue tours.
- Drive sales through effective networking and marketing activities.
- Maximize revenue potential through effective upselling.
- Coach and develop the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with Heads of Department and understand all sales revenue streams.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales procedures to generate and convert leads.
- Collaborative approach with the General Manager to achieve business financial objectives.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and lead a team
- Have your own transport and live within 30 – minutes of Woking.
- Understand the requirement of weekend work.
