We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join a top-performing region of a leading UK housebuilder. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the technical delivery of multiple residential projects, ranging from 45 to 300 homes across various sites in the South East.


About the Role:

As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing architects and civil engineers, ensuring that all technical information is provided accurately to the site teams across 3-5 active sites. You will work primarily from our Sevenoaks office, with occasional visits to sites in Catford, Bromley, Dartford, Maidstone and Romford.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the technical coordination across multiple sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to the site teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Team Support: Be part of a well-balanced technical team with a mix of expertise in both engineering and architectural disciplines. You'll have access to support and expertise from colleagues, ensuring you are well-equipped to manage your projects effectively.
